What is Librada?

Your AI-powered financial back office that runs on WhatsApp. It organizes your finances (separating business, personal, cash and transfers), turns your receipts into invoices and shows your business in detail on a dashboard — no ERP, nothing to install.

How does it work?

You create your account at librada.mx and from there almost everything happens on WhatsApp: send the PDF of your bank statement, a photo of a receipt, or type a cash expense. Librada processes it with AI and replies with your business organized.

Do I need to install anything or learn a system?

No. There is no software to install and no ERP to operate. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Librada. We set up your accounts, vendors and categories for you.

Is it secure? Do you ask for my bank password?

Never. You share your PDFs and receipts; we store them encrypted and isolated per client, read them only to organize your business, never share or sell them, and delete them whenever you ask. Privacy notice compliant with Mexico's LFPDPPP.

Does Librada invoice my receipts?

Yes: send a photo and Librada obtains the CFDI (Mexico's electronic invoice) from the merchant's portal. This feature is in development, already works with many portals and keeps growing. If the merchant has no portal, Librada asks for their billing email and sends them your receipt with your tax details.

How much does it cost?

Starter $1,390 MXN/month and Growth $3,900 MXN/month (first month $699 with promo), plus VAT. No setup fee and cancel anytime. Librada-Pro is a custom build quoted according to your operation.

What is Librada-Pro?

A custom-built ERP with its own cloud platform (AWS): a dedicated specialist, automated Excel tables and integrations built for your business, with support from start to finish.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. It's a month-to-month subscription with no lock-in: cancel whenever you want, no penalty.
